Element 29 Hotel

Located in Center Village within walking distance to not only the Conference Center meeting space but activities, restaurants and shopping. Double Queen and King hotel rooms are available, as are Double Queen Junior suites, with a little sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa.

Per night rates are as follows

        Double Queen hotel room: $189        King hotel room: $189        Double Queen Junior Suite: $239    

Make your room reservation directly with Element 29 early. We have a block of rooms reserved for the conference which is released 30 days before the start of the conference. In some previous years, we have indeed run out of rooms, so please reserve your rooms as soon as possible.

State and local taxes (16.275%) will be added to the cost of the room. Attendees will be responsible making their own reservations. Please call the Element 29 Hotel group reservation line at (970) 406-7565, and identify yourself as a member of the CU Math Conference, with group code 5744 in order to get the special rates, or book online here. If you wish stay additional nights before or after the conference, you will need to book by phone.

Individual Lodging Deposit Policy

25% of the total lodging amount will be required as deposit upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 30 days prior to check-in. Full payment is required at time of booking for reservations made inside of 30 days of arrival.

Individual Lodging Cancellation Policy

For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the amount received will be made less 10%.
• If cancelled less than 29 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.
