ACCOMMODATION AT COPPER MOUNTAIN

A lodge room has one or two queen beds, and a two-bedroom condominium has one or two queen beds in each bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, a dining area, and fireplace. Please be sure to verify the number of beds with your reservationist.

Per night rates are as follows:

	Gold 1 bedroom condo:    $216-$231/night
	Silver hotel room:       $151-$166/night
	Silver deluxe studio:    $156-$171/night
	Silver 1 bedroom condo:  $203-$218/night
	Silver 2 bedroom condo:  $306-$321/night

Please reserve your lodging as soon as possible!

State and local taxes (14.30%) will be added to the cost of the room. If available, group rates will be given 2 days before and after the conference. Identify yourself with the 2016 CU Math Conference Group code number G1196 to get group rates.

Here are Copper Mountain's call in policies:

Individual Lodging Deposit Policy:

A 15% lodging deposit will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 21 days prior to arrival.

Individual Lodging Cancellation Policy:

For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

If cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%.

If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

We recommend inquiring about traveler's insurance at the time of reservation.

Alternative Lodging

It seems that Copper is running out of rooms for our group, but there are other management companies at Copper that do have availability. Please contact them if you are unable to secure lodging with Copper Conference Services. These rentals are on the Copper Mountain property and I believe their rates are comparable, but we do not have a group code with them:
