ACCOMMODATION AT COPPER MOUNTAIN

A lodge room has one or two queen beds, and a two-bedroom condominium has one or two queen beds in each bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, a dining area, and fireplace. Please be sure to verify the number of beds with your reservationist.

Per night rates are as follows:

        Gold standard room:      $172/night
        Gold Deluxe studio:      $180/night
	Gold 1 bedroom condo:    $225/night
	Silver Standard Room:    $162/night
	Silver Telemark Studio:  $167/night
	Silver 1 bedroom condo:  $212/night
	Silver 2 bedroom condo:  $312/night

Make your room reservation directly with Copper Mountain before or on February 21, 2015. Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed after February 21, 2015. -- Copper Mountain reserves the right to release part of our room block if 50% of our block is not reserved at this time. After February 21, 2015, all remaining unreserved rooms will be released from our group. In previous years, we have indeed run out of rooms.

Please reserve your lodging as soon as possible!

State and local taxes (13.30%) will be added to the cost of the room. If available, group rates will be given 2 days before and after the conference. Identify yourself with the 2015 CU Math Conference Group code number 657 to get group rates.

Here are Copper Mountain's call in policies:

Individual Lodging Deposit Policy:

A 15% lodging deposit will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 21 days prior to arrival.

Individual Lodging Cancellation Policy:

For individual attendees who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:

If cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%.

If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

We recommend inquiring about traveler's insurance at the time of reservation.
